Written Test and Skill Test Details
The written test duration for Stenographer, Assistant Hygiene Promoter, Junior Clerk and Secretary Union Council posts will be approximately 45 minutes.
Candidates who qualify the written examination will be informed separately about the skill test. Stenographer and Junior Clerk candidates may be required to appear in English and Urdu typing tests.
Driver and Photostat Machine Operator candidates will have to pass a practical skill test before appearing in the interview. Candidates for Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Fireman, Mali, Beldar and Khakrob posts will appear for interviews according to the official schedule.
Important Instructions
- Candidates must bring their original CNIC to the examination centre.
- Candidates should bring a clipboard and necessary writing material.
- Report at the examination centre at least one hour before the scheduled time.
- Mobile phones, smartwatches and electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
- A candidate carrying a prohibited device may be disqualified.
- Candidates must mark their attendance on the official attendance sheet.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the written test, skill test or interview.
- Candidates must follow the exact date and time mentioned against their post and district.
