Important Instructions
- Candidates must bring original CNIC, pen and clip board for screening / written test.
- Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the examination center.
- Use of unfair means, misconduct or misbehavior will result in cancellation of paper.
- Written test duration for Data Entry Operator, Reception Clerk, Junior Clerk, Translator and Security Guard will be 45 minutes.
- Candidates who pass the written test will be informed for skill test through phone.
- For skill test and interview, candidates must bring original educational documents, CNIC and local/domicile certificate.
- Candidates must reach the test center at least one hour before the start of test / interview.
- No separate call letter will be issued; this notice will be considered final information.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test, skill test or interview.
- Candidates must write active and correct mobile number on their answer sheet.

All candidates can check their name and roll number at the main gate of Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat, opposite PIA, Quetta.
