Applications are invited from dynamic, qualified, and result-oriented individuals for the position of Project Director (PPS-10) in the Project Management Unit (PMU) of PSDP funded schemes under the project "Implementation of Master Plan of Sui Town (SMP)". This appointment will be made purely on a contract basis initially for a period of two (02) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Public Administration, Management Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Economics, or Social Sciences.
• OR
• Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in public sector development or project management.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
  • Multi-sector development projects / PMUs.
  • Education, Health, and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Coordination with Government bodies, donors, and development partners.
  • Development projects explicitly executed within Balochistan.
