The People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan, registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017), invites applications for temporary job positions across various districts of Balochistan. These are Government/NGO-related Health Jobs 2026 on a purely temporary basis.

Job Details

• Organization: People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI-B)
• Job Type: Temporary / Contract (1 Year Initially, Extendable)
• Location: Multiple Districts – Quetta, Zhob, Gwadar, Sibi, Khuzdar, Jafferabad, Jhal Magsi, Naseerabad, Sourab, Sherani
• Salary Package: Rs. 45,000 – 85,000 Gross Pay

Available Positions

Finance & Monitoring

• Finance Officer – 4 Posts (Kachi, Jafferabad, Jhal Magsi, Naseerabad) – Rs. 85,000/- Gross Pay – MBA Finance / M.Com / BBA / Equivalent – 2 Years Experience – Age 18-50
• M&E Officer – 2 Posts (Sourab & Sherani) – Rs. 85,000/- Gross Pay – Masters in Social Sciences / MBA / MBBS / Equivalent – 2 Years Experience – Age 18-50

Media & Lab

• Media Assistant – 1 Post (Quetta Head Office) – Rs. 50,000/- Gross Pay – Bachelor's in Mass Communication / Journalism / Media Studies / Digital Media / Social Science / Equivalent – 2 Years Experience – Age 18-50
• Lab Technician – 100 Posts (All Districts) – Rs. 55,000/- Gross Pay – Matric + Diploma from Provincial Medical Faculty or Equivalent – Relevant Experience Priority – Age 18-50

Nutrition & Health Counselling

• Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) Counsellor – 25 Posts (Zhob, Gwadar, Sibi, Khuzdar, Naseerabad) – Rs. 45,000/- – Intermediate / Equivalent – Relevant Experience Preferred – Age 18-50 (Female)
• Nutrition Assistant – 25 Posts (Zhob, Gwadar, Sibi, Khuzdar, Naseerabad) – Rs. 50,000/- – Bachelor's Degree / Equivalent – Relevant Experience Preferred – Age 18-50 (Female)

Terms and Conditions

• Positions are temporary under PPHI-B for one year initially, extendable based on annual performance.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a Balochistan domicile.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and interview.
• Ineligible candidates after document scrutiny will be rejected.
• No TA/DA is admissible for the test/interview.
• PPHI reserves the right to amend or cancel the hiring process or number of posts at any stage.
