Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing professional cricket coaching services including game strategy development, pre and post tournament preparation, performance evaluation, and enhancing players’ skills. Coaches will also conduct training sessions, organize team practices, monitor player fitness, and ensure consistent team performance aligned with international standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum PCB Level I Accreditation or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of coaching experience
• Preference will be given to former Test, International, or First-Class cricketers
• Strong understanding of talent identification and development
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Projects)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

PCB is hiring coaches in multiple districts across Pakistan including Turbat, Khuzdar, Chaghi, Gwadar, Loralai, Sanghar, Thatta, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur, D.G. Khan, Lahore, Jhang, Mianwali, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Sheikhupura, Mansehra, Haripur, Bajaur Agency, Tank, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, North Waziristan, Quetta, Multan, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur and other regions.
