Balochistan Health Department Jobs 2026 – Project Director -Turbat
The Government of Balochistan, Health Department invites applications from dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the post of Project Director for Establishment of 200 Bedded Teaching Hospital at Turbat on a purely contract basis. Applications must be submitted before 13 March 2026.

Posts: 01 | Salary Package: Lump sum (PKR, as per PSDP rules)
Qualification & Experience: Minimum sixteen (16) years of education with specialization in relevant fields including B.S (Honours) in Engineering, Master in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP) or other relevant fields from HEC recognized institutions. Candidates with professional certification may be given additional preference. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Project Management or relevant field(s). Must have intermediate or advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly Government of Pakistan's project planning & management processes. Experience in Balochistan is an added advantage.
Age Limit: Minimum 40 years – Maximum 62 years on the date of appointment
Eligibility & Instructions
- Positions offered purely on contract basis initially for two years.
- Age will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
- Only candidates with Balochistan domicile are eligible to apply.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- The department reserves the right to accept/reject any application or cancel the recruitment process at any time without notice.
- Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Department reserves the right to set threshold marks/ratio for candidates in case of large applications.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for final interview.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to disqualification.
- Candidates must bring original documents along with attested copies at the interview.
