🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Qualification: MBBS or BDS degree from an institute recognized by PMDC

• Registration: Permanent PMDC Registration is mandatory

• Preference: MSPH / MPH / FETP qualification holders will be preferred

• Age Limit: As per Government of Balochistan policy

📋 Terms & Conditions

• Candidates from all over Balochistan are eligible.
• Appointment will be on contract and no regularization will be granted.
• Contract may be extended based on satisfactory performance.
• Pay will be according to B-17 scale with allowances.
• Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending interviews.
• Vacancies may be increased or decreased.
• Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
• Candidates dismissed from any department due to misconduct are ineligible.
• Submission of fake documents will result in legal action.
• Selection Committee reserves the right to cancel interviews at any stage.

🧾 Job Description – District Surveillance Officer (DSO)

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Supervising surveillance activities in districts
• Managing outbreak response systems
• Conducting community engagement
• Active case searching
• Monitoring disease alerts
• Data reporting and case listing
• Improving surveillance sensitivity and timeliness
