Eligibility Criteria

Team Lead – Strategic Initiative & Special Projects

Qualification: 18 years education in Economics, Finance, Business, Data Science, or Public Policy. PMP / CFA / FRM preferred.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in strategic initiatives, research, project management, or leadership roles.

Manager / Assistant Manager – Risk Policy & Framework

Qualification: 16 years education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

Experience: 5 years for Manager / 3 years for Assistant Manager in banking or financial institutions.

Manager – Re-Insurance

Qualification: 16 years education in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Actuarial Sciences.

Experience: 5 years for Manager / 3 years for Assistant Manager in relevant field.

Manager – Information Security & BCP

Qualification: 16 years education in IT, Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Information Security.

Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience (preferably in banking).

Manager / Assistant Manager – Analytics

Qualification: 16 years education in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.

Experience: 5 years for Manager / 3 years for Assistant Manager.

Relationship Manager

Qualification: 16 years education in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Corporate / Commercial / SME Banking, Credit Insurance, or Trade Finance.

Sr. Officer / Officer – IT Audit

Qualification: 16 years education in Computer Science, IT, or Information Security. CISA preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT operations or IT audit.
