Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification:

• M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Forensic Science, Forensic Pathology, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Forensic Immunology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Genetics, Biological Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Computer Forensics, Molecular Biology, or
• Masters in Administrative/Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university (foreign qualification preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years hands-on experience as a Bench Analyst in a forensic laboratory of international repute.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in forensic laboratories OR management experience in MNCs handling organizational development (OD), MIS implementation, operations management, HR recruitment & selection, process reengineering, and QCA implementation (ISO-9001 or ISO-17025 accredited).

Age Limit

45 to 65 years (no relaxation allowed)

1. The position is based at BFSA, Quetta.
2. Government employees should apply through proper channel.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for an interview and give a presentation on their approach, methodology, understanding of the task, and deliverables.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be considered. No TA/DA will be admissible. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
5. Applicants must submit a detailed CV including bio-data, education, qualifications, relevant experience (supported by documents), four recent photographs, and contact details.
