The School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, invites applications from local candidates of District Jhal Magsi for the temporary contract-based recruitment of teachers in grades 14 to 15 under the approved Recruitment Policy 2024 (Temporary Appointment).

This initiative aims to reopen closed schools, enroll out-of-school children, and address teacher shortages in the district.

Available Positions with Required Qualifications

1. Elementary School Teacher (EST-B-15)

• Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Education (4 years) from a recognized university
• OR Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed from a recognized university

2. Non-English Teacher (EST-B-15)

• Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Education (4 years)
• OR Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed from a recognized university

3. Junior Arabic Teacher (JAT-B-15)

• Graduation with Arabic as a subject
• Arabic Teacher Training Certificate (ATTC)
• OR Shahaadat-ul-Aliya (equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) from Wifaq-ul-Madaris / Tanzim-ul-Madaris with ATTC
• OR Dars-e-Nizami certificate from a recognized institution

4. Physical Education Teacher (PET-B-15)

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• WITH Diploma in Physical Education

5. Drawing Master (JDM-B-15)

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• WITH Drawing Master Certificate from a recognized institute

6. Non-Vernacular Teacher (JVT-B-14)

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• WITH Primary Teaching Certificate / B.Ed
• OR 2-year Associate degree in Education
• OR Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Education (4 years)

7. Teacher of Quran (MQB-B-14)

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• OR equivalent degree recognized by Wifaq-ul-Madaris / Tanzim-ul-Madaris / relevant education authority

Union Council-wise Vacancies – General Category

Vacancies are allocated based on Municipal Committee / Union Council areas.

Merit Calculation

Marks of eligible candidates will be calculated as follows:

• Matriculation: 33%
• Intermediate: 33%
• Graduation (Bachelor’s degree): 34%
• Total Marks: 100%

Important Instructions and Conditions

1. Only candidates with the required educational qualifications are eligible to apply.
2. Only local domicile holders of District Jhal Magsi can submit applications.
3. Minimum age: 18 years
4. Government employees must submit applications through their respective departments.
5. Recruitment will be strictly under the Government of Balochistan approved Recruitment Policy 2024 (Temporary Appointment).
6. Applications will be accepted strictly according to the officially notified vacancies.
7. Merit lists for urban areas will follow Municipal Committee boundaries, while rural areas will follow Union Council boundaries.
8. 5% quota each is reserved for persons with disabilities and minorities according to government rules.
9. Married female candidates may apply only based on husband’s local domicile.
10. Submission of false information, forged documents, or degrees from unrecognized institutions will lead to disqualification.
11. Selected candidates must submit 4 certified copies of educational certificates along with an affidavit.
12. The merit list will be effective only for this recruitment.
13. The School Education Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
