- Floriculture Officer: BSc / MSc (Floriculture/Horticulture) with 2–3 years experience.
- Nursery Development Officer: BSc Agriculture with 2–3 years experience.
- Taxation & Revenue Specialist: MBA / BBA (Finance/Economics) with 3–5 years experience.
- Procurement Specialist: MBA (Supply Chain) with 3–5 years experience.
- Urban Planner: Bachelor/Master in Urban Planning (PCATP) with 3–5 years experience.
- Structural Engineer: BS Civil Engineering (PEC) with 3–5 years experience.
- Building Inspectors (3 positions): DAE Civil with minimum 2 years experience.
- GIS Specialist: BS Geomatics / GIS with 2–3 years experience.
- Control Room Technical Operators (3 positions): DAE Electronics / B.Tech / BS IT with 2–3 years experience.

- Network & Systems Administrator: BS IT / CS / Telecom with CCNA/MCSE preferred; 2–3 years experience.
