Balochistan Police Recruitment Update 2025 - Applicants Advised to Check Status, Documents & Refund Details

The Central Police Office (CPO) Quetta has issued a major notification for applicants who submitted their forms for the positions of Junior Clerk (BPS-11), Naib Qasid (BPS-01), and Class IV (BPS-01) under Advertisement No. 2025-07-203/21 PRO, published on 21 July 2025 in local newspapers.

All submitted applications have now been reviewed, and candidates have been advised to check their updated application status online through the official Balochistan Police job portal.

Application Status & Lists Uploaded Online

Applicants can verify their application status by visiting:

balochistanpolice.gov.pk/jobs

Two lists have been uploaded:

• Rejected List
• Under Observation List

Why Applications Were Rejected?

Applications were rejected based on the following reasons:

• Applicant exceeded the maximum age limit of 43 years as of 20 August 2025
• Educational qualification did not meet recruitment criteria
• Non-local domicile for Grade-01 posts under APT Rules 2009

These candidates can find their names in the Rejected List section online.

Under Observation List Details

Applications with:

• incomplete documentation
• missing verification
• unclear entries

have been placed under the Under Observation List.

Affected candidates must submit their required documents within 10 days of this notification.

Failure to provide missing documents within the given time will result in cancellation of their application.

Test & Interview Schedule

Typing tests, written exams, practical assessments and interviews will be announced later via an official advertisement.
